Now, I will say that about every now and again, I do like to take that turn hard. But not often because it is ALWAYS raining here, or the roads have shit from farmers on them, or something else. Just 50 - 100 ft before the turn the speed limit changes from 50km to 90km. So yes, typically I am accelerating to speed through the turn. But on this day, driving under my typical driving habits, things just went a rye. BTW, I have owned my car for over 4 years now....and have never been in the habit of crazy driving, drifting, racing, or any of that stuff. I know my car. I know what it can and can't do. I am not some cherry Z driver. Believe me that this whole incident really has put a huge dent in my pride as a good driver. But let me tell you man....that corner has been fucking with my head ever since. Still not confortable driving that road even in the mini van....especially with the kids with me. I'll get it back though. Just takes time. That was the first accident I have ever been in......ever......in 28 years.
